Hydraulic Cylinder Reconditioning
Cylinder Reconditioning at HISPL does not mean tinkering with the old parts just to make the cylinder work. We believe it is an art and great science and technology.
HISPL adopts different methods of reconditioning depending on various conditions. Also the root cause of failure is analyzed before arriving at the most appropriate method of reconditioning.
Method of reconditioning also depends on application, construction of cylinder, duty cycle, maintainability, working pressure, operating conditions etc. The reconditioned cylinders perform as good as new cylinders if not better. Reconditioning of cylinders at HISPL is an excellent option over procuring new cylinders because of price, delivery time and of course quality of the reconditioned cylinder.
